The Organizational Units in SAP are the elements or structures
representing business functions, and are used in reporting. For example, Client
(across the various modules) Company Code (FI), Controlling Area (CO), Plant
(logistics), Sales Organization (SD), Purchasing Organization (MM), Employee
Group (HR), etc.
